Pearl Street Station opened May, 2007, one block west of Granbury's Historic Square. Housed in a renovated 1933 Sinclair station, it is quickly becoming Granbury's premeire spot to
"Fill'er up when you are running on empty."
Pearl Street Station offers a unique food line made from homemade recipes with
fresh ingredients. Our menu features rich and savory Cajun dishes, like Etouffee
and Gumbo, and tender, succulent Bar-B-Q, smoked over a wood-burning fire.
Our sandwiches are served on a toasted Jalapeno/Cheese Sweet Sourdough bun that has been swabbed with our secret sauce -- real butter -- then topped with one of our three homemade sauces. Plus there is always a kettle full of Granny-style Pinto Beans ready to accompany your meal choice or to be eaten as a meal.
We offer all of our menu items for catering or we can create a custom menu for you or your company. Need a homemade dessert to complement your dinner party? Give us a call!
No job is too small for us. We also welcome Take Out orders.
And in the words of our Cajun brother, Boudreaux,
"Laissez les bons temps rouler!"
